PUNGGOL WATERFRONT RN
Your privacy on the trail
This notice explains how the Waterfront Treat Trail uses information to run the community event.
Signing in and participating
Google sign in provides your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use these to identify your account and keep your host details, visits, points, reward claims and décor vote together. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
What other residents can see
Host stop names, block and unit numbers, descriptions, approximate block locations, opening status and approved décor photos are visible on the trail. Your declared home block and account email are not shown to other residents. Approved gallery photos and vote totals are visible to visitors. Ask permission before uploading photos of people.
Location checks
Nearby sorting uses your location on your device. When you collect visit points, your device sends a fresh location and accuracy reading to the server to check proximity to the host’s block. The visit record stores your account, the stop, points and visit time, rather than your GPS coordinates. GPS does not identify a particular floor or unit.
Storage and account access
The app uses Cloudflare for hosting, its database and photo storage. Google handles Google sign in. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Device storage also remembers interface preferences and any sample preview activity. RN administrators can review participation, moderate photos and manage account restrictions, with an audit record of administrative decisions.
Questions and requests
You can update your stop details and withdraw your uploaded gallery photos in the app. For questions about your information, or a request to review, correct or delete it, contact Punggol Waterfront RN through the community website.
